Responsibilities
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Conduct assessments including VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and functional behavior assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high‑quality care
Support ethical, compassionate, evidence‑based ABA services
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active North Carolina LBA licensure (or ability to obtain)
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
