Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid work model, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and competitive hourly compensation.
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide parent/caregiver training, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support meaningful progress for the children served.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs.
Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
Ensure clinical quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support effective service delivery.
Maintain strong communication with families, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet applicable state and payer requirements prior to starting.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience providing ABA services in home-based or community-based settings is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with families, RBTs, and clinical teams.
