Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you’ll lead assessment, program development, and supervision efforts while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Flexible Compensation Options: Starting at $45 per hour (or equivalent salary for full-time), based on experience and preference for full-time or part-time work.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct supervision to RBTs and Case Supervisors, including training and performance feedback.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure generalization and maintenance of skills.
Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven adjustments.
Maintain detailed, timely documentation for insurance authorizations and compliance.
Always uphold BACB ethical standards and company policies.
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of post-certification experience preferred (newer BCBAs with strong supervision background encouraged to apply)Reliable transportation and willingness to work in clinic and community settings across Riverside and San Bernardino County
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Passion for ethical ABA practice and family-centered care
