What BIG is Looking For

Requirements to Join:

California LiveScan

Mandated reporter training

Active BCBA certification

Degree verification and resume

NPI and CAQH attestation

Ideal Attributes for Success:

3+ years of BCBA experience across diverse settings (home, school, community)

Proficient in caregiver training and coaching using BST

Experience across various ages and assessment tools

Strong time management and follow‑through

Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and team‑minded

Committed to neurodiversity‑affirming, person‑centered, and strength‑based care

Flexible and responsive to client and organizational needs

Grounded in self‑care and sustainable professional practices

Familiarity with Catalight, BHPN, or Kaiser systems is a plus
