As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Valcor ABA, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of building brighter futures for families affected by autism. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering evidence-based ABA therapy that fosters skill development, communication, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques
Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
Provide training and guidance to behavior technicians and other team members to enhance skills and knowledge
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans as needed
