* Travel to NYC schools and clients' homes for in-person observation and assessment sessions

* Serve as an expert witness, testifying at Impartial Hearings as needed

* Prepare clear, well-organized assessment reports suitable for DOE review and Impartial Hearing documentation

What We're Looking For

* Current BCBA certification (required)

* Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State (required)

* Based in, or able to reliably travel throughout, the NYC area

* Comfort and willingness to testify at Impartial Hearings

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and testify clearly under scrutiny

* A strong, experienced clinical team providing support and mentorship

* The chance to directly influence student outcomes through DOE-funded services
