Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Spring Lake, NC. Job Title: BCBA
Salary: Total annual compensation (including bonuses) can range from $85,000-$102,000Annual Base Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year
Bonus Potential: Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
Setting: Clinic
Caseload Size: Average of 5 clients per BCBA20% supervision is encouraged for each client
Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week

Job Responsibilities
Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life - home, community, and center.
Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.

Qualifications
Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
BCBA License
Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
