What You'll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight for ABA services delivered in our clinic
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data
Partner with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes
Ensure services meet funding, accreditation, and organizational standards

Qualifications
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Current Missouri licensure (or ability to obtain licensure)
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
