Low Caseload. Daytime Hours. Hybrid Flexibility. More Time to Practice.
Join AB Spectrum, a Top Workplace recognized by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, where we’re rethinking what ABA therapy can look like for young children.
We provide specialized ReggioABA therapy for children ages 2-6, blending evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis with the child-led, creative principles of Reggio Emilia.
We believe BCBAs do their best work when they have the time, support, and freedom to focus on clinical quality.
$75,000–$100,000 salary, based on experience
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus at Florissant; $5,000 at St. Peters
Target caseload of approximately 6 clients
1 hybrid/remote day each week
Collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and support professionals
Dedicated administrative and billing support
Mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities
Annual CEU reimbursement and licensure support
Practice ABA Through Play
At AB Spectrum, we don't believe effective ABA has to happen behind a desk.
Our Therapy Through Play model creates a natural, preschool-like environment where children learn through play, exploration, relationships, and real-world experiences.
You'll have the opportunity to be hands-on with your clients—playing, exploring, getting messy, building relationships, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
Our clinics feature expansive play spaces, outdoor therapy areas, community-based learning opportunities, and enriching experiences that bring therapy to life.
What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll serve as a clinical leader for your clients and team by:
Conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
Developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs
Monitoring progress and making clinically appropriate adjustments
Providing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers
Supporting practicum students and developing future clinicians
Partnering with families and caregivers
Collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, and other members of the care team
Providing staff training and ensuring clinical protocols are implemented effectively
Maintaining ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements
We're looking for a BCBA who is:
An active BCBA in good standing with the BACB
Licensed or eligible for Missouri LBA licensure
A Master's-level clinician in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experienced working with children and families
Collaborative, organized, and clinically driven
Passionate about mentorship and continuous learning
Committed to compassionate, child-centered care
Excited to be hands-on—not behind a laptop all day
$75,000–$100,000 salary, commensurate with experience
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 – St. Peters
Additional benefits include:
Generous PTO and paid holidays
Sick time
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Employee-level medical coverage fully paid after one year
HSA options
Dependent Care FSA
401(k)
Employer-provided life insurance
Licensure support
Dedicated administrative and billing support
