At United Care ABA, we’re calling on BCBAs across the country to help us serve New York’s most vulnerable families — children who rely on Medicaid-funded ABA services.
With current and upcoming Medicaid rate cuts , many companies are walking away. Entire communities are being left without access to care.
We are doing the opposite.
We are accepting every child and family being told, “We can’t serve you anymore.”

What We’re Looking For in a BCBA:
Active BCBA Certification
Comfortable with telehealth-based ABA delivery
Willing to work at reduced rates to preserve access to care
Strong sense of ethics and professional responsibility
A heart for serving the underserved , not just clocking hours
Your Role Will Include:
Conducting assessments and writing treatment plans
Providing direct telehealth-based ABA services
Training caregivers and collaborating with clinical support
Ensuring documentation and compliance standards are met
Participating in virtual team meetings and mentorship
