Job description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Warner Robins, GA
Job Type: Full Time
Salary & Bonus: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary. Sign-On bonus: $20K.
Relocation Package: Up to $15K
Student Loan Forgiveness: Up to $24K
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
Other typical BCBA activities.
Education & Experience
Masters degree.
Active BCBA certification (required).
Preferred LBA certification before starting services.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
