The organization offers a multidisciplinary model of care that includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy for children with autism, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and communication disorders.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - WASHINGTON DC
Our client is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing ABA team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality care for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Analyze client data and adjust programming to maximize progress.
Provide parent training and caregiver support.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance-required reporting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech and Occupational Therapists.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies.
