Job description

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA partner's founding team in Wilmington, NC. We are partnering with a family-owned and operated ABA service provider in North Carolina who has built their foundation on these 4 non-negotiable pillars of practice: Compassionate Care, Holistic Approach, Ethical Therapy, and Integrity. Their holistic approach is actually what sets them apart from most other ABA providers. In this context, the term "holistic" describes their day-1 service model of inclusion, meaning that their BCBAs are trained on how to include, partner and join forces with all of the stakeholders that play a role in the client's life. The CEO's main priority is to provide all families and caregivers with a top-tier supportive and inclusive experience, starting from the very first conversation.

Company Mission: To support clients' growth and development by creating positive and sustainable changes that improve their quality of life.

Company Culture: Their team approach focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where communication is key.
