Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Type: Part-Time options available
About Us
At Morgan Education Services, we offer specialized academic interventions, including evidence-based reading programs like Orton Gillingham and other multi-sensory approaches. We also provide individualized support through ABA therapy, speech-language services, and occupational therapy.
Job Responsibilities
Follow behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
Collect and record data based on client behavior
Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family
Qualifications
Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs
Technologically proficient
