\ NSuccess On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment Center with a dedication to quality. We offer ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our nautical centers. Our play-based model emphasizes on NET, so we take clients on field trips once per month! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our viewing room!
\ NWe are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm, as you will be the main point of contact for parents.
\ NWe value work/life balance. BCBAs generally work Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm and rarely take work home. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 6 full-time clients. Each location has a Clinical Director that is available to cover your caseload when you take vacation!
\ NYou will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. We can’t emphasize enough how vital your abilities of attention to detail are in this role, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.
\ NSOS is proud to have fullbilling transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the daily client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

\ NJob Description:
\ N Work In Center Only. Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm
\ N Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
\ N Create Individualized, research-based client programs
\ N Analyze client progressand update programs as needed
\ N Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
\ N Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
\ N Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
\ N Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
\ N Safety Management
Perform all BCBA Job Duties
\ N Cleaning Duties.
\ NQualifications/Requirements:
\ N BACB Certification
\ N BLS / CPR certification
\ N No criminal background
\ N Excellent oral and written communication skills
\ N Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
\ N Benefits:
\ N Salary $85,000-$110,000/year (depending on experience)
\ N Performance Reviews every 6 months to qualify for raise/bonus/promotion.
\ N Work in Center only (kids Age 2-6 only). No traveling necessary for in-home or in-school

\ N Support of Trainers to train the staff.
\ N Support of Assistant. BC-ABA with treatplan creations, monitoring and Supervision.
