Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team in White Plains, NY .
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to clients with autism and related disorders. In this PER DIEM position, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that promote cognitive, social, and behavioral growth. Your expertise will enable you to analyze behavior, develop effective interventions, and provide guidance to clients and their families.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders
Deliver ABA therapy services in-home and in-community, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and family engagement
Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Provide training and guidance to clients and their families on ABA strategies and techniques
Requirements
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification
0 years of experience or higher (minimum 0 years of experience)
Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and practices
Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
