\ NAs a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy in New Jersey, Golden Care Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic Director to join our team. \ NAbout the Role:
\ NAs the Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our clinic, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA Therapy services to our clients. Your expertise in Behavior Analysis will be instrumental in developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising a team of therapists, and collaborating with families to achieve successful outcomes.
\ NResponsibilities:
\ N Lead and manage a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, assistants, and support staff to provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism
\ N Develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes
\ N Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure adherence to ABA best practices and company standards
\ N Collaborate with families to ensure that their needs are met and that they are fully engaged in the treatment process
\ N Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders to promote Golden Care Therapy's services and mission
\ N Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
\ N Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the clinic and attract new clients
\ N Requirements:
\ N Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or related field
\ N Minimum of (insert minimum years of experience) years of experience in ABA Therapy, with a focus on Autism treatment
\ N Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
\ N Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, and developing and implementing treatment plans
\ N Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, staff, and community partners
\ N Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
