Leadership understands the clinical work firsthand, and we value work-life balance, open communication, and investing in our staff through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.Position Overview: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic-BasedAs a Clinic-Based BCBA at The ITD Group, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision for ABA services delivered at our Conyers, GA clinic location (2415 Wall Street, Conyers, GA 30013).This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a structured clinic environment, values face-to-face collaboration with families and staff, and wants to be part of a supportive team that prioritizes quality over quantity.What You Will BringRequired:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standingActive Georgia LBA license (or eligibility to obtain)Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA servicesStrong clinical skills in conducting FBAs and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plansExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to supervise, mentor, and train RBTs effectivelyProficiency with data collection systems and ABA software (Motivity experience preferred)Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to BACB guidelinesWillingness and ability to complete thorough clinical documentation promptly and accuratelyAbility to pass a background checkPreferred:Experience in clinic-based ABA service deliveryBackground in early intervention or working with young children with autismSafety Care training certificationExperience with transdisciplinary team collaborationWhat You'll DoConduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for clinic-based clientsDesign and oversee skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social skills, daily living, and playProvide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staffMonitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven treatment modificationsCollaborate with families, positioning them as active partners in their child's progressParticipate in parent training sessions and caregiver coachingUtilize AAC devices and interactive game systems to enhance therapy engagementWork collaboratively with our transdisciplinary team and Clinical DirectorMaintain accurate clinical documentation, including comprehensive session notes documenting that medically necessary services were delivered in accordance with treatment plansEnsure compliance with insurance requirements and ethical standardsParticipate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunitiesSupport a positive, family-like clinic cultureWhat You'll Love Most About The ITD GroupAt The ITD Group, we believe BCBAs deserve more than a job — you deserve clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team that values your expertise.$80,000+ Starting Salary | Bonus Potential Competitive compensation based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses as we grow.Manageable Caseloads (7–8 Clients) We prioritize quality over quantity.
