Role Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Indianapolis. The BCBA will assess learners’ needs, design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and use data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and adjust interventions. Daily responsibilities include supervising and coaching behavior technicians, modeling best practices, and ensuring treatment fidelity and safety across all sessions. The BCBA will collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to support an interdisciplinary approach and participate in team meetings and clinical reviews. The role also involves providing parent and caregiver training, clear communication about goals and outcomes, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions.
Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management, including coaching caregivers on strategies that generalize skills across home and community settings.
Background in Psychology or related fields, supporting a comprehensive understanding of child development and behavioral principles.
Current BCBA certification and compliance with all applicable licensure and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism in clinical, school, or community settings.
Skilled in data collection, analysis, and use of data to inform clinical decisions and program adjustments.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work within an interdisciplinary team and engage families.
Commitment to ethical practice, safety, inclusion, and continuous learning through supervision, training, and professional development.
