Job description

Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Demonstrated experience providing behavioral consultation and intervention to school-aged children
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies within educational settings
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
Ability to assess, design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans
Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and draft comprehensive reports
Develop, monitor, and modify behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on ABA strategies
Collect and analyze data to ensure interventions yield positive outcomes
Collaborate with IEP teams to integrate behavioral goals into students’ educational programs
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards
