Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in Lithia Springs, GA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design data-driven ABA programs tailored to each child’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing data, and making ongoing program adjustments. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver training, collaborate with families, schools, and other providers, and document progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role also involves maintaining professional and ethical compliance with BACB guidelines and contributing to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions.
Experience in Parent Education and Psychology, including coaching caregivers and understanding child development and family dynamics.
Proficiency in Behavior Management, including developing behavior support plans and using data to guide decision‑making.
Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical and practice standards.
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD, preferably in early intervention or clinical/educational settings.
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work on-site in Lithia Springs, GA, and maintain any required state licensure or certifications.
