Overview
WeareseekingadedicatedandexperiencedBoardCertifiedBehaviorAnalyst(BCBA) tojoinourteaminprovidinghigh-qualitybehavioralhealthservices.TheBCBAwillberesponsiblefordeliveringindividualizedAppliedBehaviorAnalysis(ABA)services,conductingassessments,developingtreatmentplans,andprovidingongoingsupervisionandsupporttoclients,families,andbehaviortechnicians.
Thisrolefocusesonmaintainingclinicalexcellence,ensuringcompliancewithethicalandregulatorystandards,anddrivingmeaningfuloutcomesforthechildrenandfamiliesweserve.
KeyResponsibilities
Monitorclientprogressandmakedata-driventreatmentmodificationsasneeded.
Collaboratewithfamilies,caregivers,andinterdisciplinaryteammemberstoensureconsistencyacrossenvironments.
Completeallrequireddocumentation,includingtreatmentplans,reassessments,progressreports,andsessionreviewsinatimelymanner.
MaintaincompliancewithBACBethicalguidelines,HIPAAregulations,andpayerrequirements.
Participateinteammeetings,caseconsultations,andongoingprofessionaldevelopmentactivities.
Fosteracultureofclinicalexcellence,integrity,andfamily-centeredcare.
Qualifications
Master'sdegreeinAppliedBehaviorAnalysis,Psychology,Education,orarelatedfield.
ExperienceprovidingABAservicestochildrenwithautismspectrumdisorderandrelateddevelopmentaldisabilities.
StrongunderstandingofABAprinciples,evidence-basedinterventions,anddatacollectionsystems.
Passionforsupportingclients,families,andstaffwhileimprovingclinicaloutcomes.
AdditionalDetails
Thispositioninvolvesprovidingservicesinclients'homes.
Travelwithintheassignedserviceareaisrequired.
