NOW HIRING: BCBAs Join Our Growing ABA Team in Miami/Dade! Positive Behavior Health Developments (PBHD) is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of delivering life-changing services to children and families.

What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification and Medicaid Provider number (required)
Strong assessment-writing and clinical documentation skills
Experience creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans
Must speak, read, and write English proficiently
Must have a Medicaid provider number
Work as a contractor (1099 status)
Familiarity with ABA software systems (e.g., ABA Matrix, CentralReach) is a bonus
Client caseloads are manageable and designed with provider balance in mind
