Job description

Salary: $$80,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support

Schedule: Flexible M-F | Regional Travel to our New Bern EMPOWER location

This role includes a variable regional travel requirement to other EMPOWER sites, depending on program needs. All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay. You'll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance .

What You'll Do

Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.

Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.

Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.

Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER,ICS,ABA) to maximize outcomes.

Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC

Experience:

1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)

1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)

Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills

Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems

Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings
