Schedule:Hybrid;onsiteinSpringfield,MOapproximately2.5daysperweek,remainingtimeremoteforplanning,supervision,anddocumentation

ConductfunctionalbehaviorassessmentsanddevelopindividualizedABAtreatmentplansforchildrenwithautism
Providedirectclinicaloversight,includingongoingdatareviewandtreatmentplanadjustments
Supervise,train,andsupportbehaviortechnicians/RBTstoensurehigh-qualityservicedelivery
Collaboratewithfamilies,schools,andotherproviderstopromoteconsistencyacrosssettings
Maintaintimely,accurateclinicaldocumentationandprogressreports
Participateinteammeetingsandcontributetoapositive,collaborativeclinicalculture
