Job description
Golden Care Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and ensure evidence-based implementation. Responsibilities include supervising therapists/RBTs, coaching parents, monitoring data to drive clinical decisions, and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.
