Job description
Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism in the Charlotte area. In this role, you will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise technicians delivering 1:1 therapy in home and community settings. You’ll collaborate closely with families, provide parent training, and use data to drive clinical decisions. Heartlinks offers ongoing training, BCBA mentorship, and clear paths for advancement into senior clinical and leadership roles within a supportive, child-centered team.
