Job description
Autumn ABA is hiring a Board Certified behavior analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position supporting children with autism receiving in-home ABA services. Earn $75–$90/hour with a flexible schedule — full-time or part-time available.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide remote supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Analyze session data and adjust programming as needed
Deliver parent and caregiver training
Maintain clinical quality and consistency across caseload
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
Strong skills in programming, supervision, and data analysis
Ability to manage caseload independently in a remote setting
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$75–$90/hour based on experience
