Job description
Pay or shift range: $80,000 USD to $90,000 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Description
Location: Vero Beach and Sebastian
Full-Time Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible within this timeframe)
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Average Caseload: 6-8

We service a wide age population that is not only tailored to the "littles" (2-10) and we do not have an age out restriction. We have seen learners go up to 17-20 years old

Work side by side with an experienced Clinical Manager in an effort to level up your skills.
We welcome candidates who are actively working toward their BCBA certification. Applicants who are scheduled to sit for the BCBA exam within the next 60 days are encouraged to apply. Offers of employment may be extended on a contingent basis, pending successful completion and passing of the BCBA exam within the specified timeframe.
Compensation with your well-being
Salary Range: $80k-$90k
Potential to earn an additional $19k yearly in Bonuses (paid out monthly)

Qualifications
Education
Required
Masters or better.
Experience
Required
Desire to work with children
experience within ABA
Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA
BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCAB)
Preferred
2 years:
experience in functional discipline
