Job description
Job DescriptionA Different Kind of BCBA Position
Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.
Are you a BCBA who wants the time and support to provide high-quality, individualized care rather than managing an overwhelming caseload?
We are a growing ABA company focused on providing compassionate, individualized services to children and families. We believe that great ABA starts with giving clinicians the time, autonomy, and support they need to do their best work .
We intentionally maintain smaller caseloads so our BCBAs can be actively involved in their cases, build meaningful relationships with families, and provide thoughtful clinical oversight.
What Makes This Position Different
Smaller caseloads designed to support quality clinical care
Collaborative case planning with RBTs, families, and other members of the care team
Time to thoughtfully analyze data and make individualized treatment decisions
Strong emphasis on quality of care rather than simply maximizing billable hours
Supportive environment where questions, ideas, and clinical concerns are welcomed
Opportunity to help shape the growth and culture of a developing ABA practice
Focus on ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs
Analyze treatment data and make data-driven clinical decisions
Develop and modify behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
Participate in collaborative case planning and team meetings
Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship to RBTs
Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical modifications
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with professional and payer requirements
What We’re Looking For
Current BCBA or BCaBA certification and good standing with the BACB
Appropriate state licensure to practice as a BCBA in North Carolina
Experience providing ABA services to children and/or adolescents
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and direct-care staff
Commitment to individualized, ethical, and compassionate care
Someone who values quality over quantity and wants to have a meaningful voice in clinical decisions
Why Join Us?
We don't want BCBAs to feel like they're simply managing cases from a distance.
We want our clinicians to know their clients, know their teams, and have a meaningful role in determining how care is provided. xxzpjkt
