Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavior and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and treatment teams
Implement ABA therapy interventions and adaptations, incorporating principles of positive behavioral support and reinforcement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with licensed therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care and support
Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain certifications and stay current with best practices in ABA
