Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

Epic Minds Therapy is an ABA therapy provider serving multiple states, focused on recognizing each child’s unique potential and delivering compassionate, effective care.
Join our team as a BCBA. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and conduct assessments to adjust treatment goals while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing guidance and supervision.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in all activities.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $110,000 – $130,000 ANNUALLY
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time available
Shifts: Flexible, based on availability
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

Requirements
Current BCBA certification required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
