Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician - MD

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver thorough, continuous healthcare for individuals and families throughout every stage of life, from childhood to eldercare.
Address chronic illnesses, focus on preventive measures, manage acute conditions, and attend to mental health needs through a patient-first lens.
Perform physical assessments, analyze diagnostic outcomes, and draft tailored treatment strategies.
Work in tandem with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other experts to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and outcomes for patients and operational performance.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain precise, current patient documentation.
Provide care both in person and through virtual platforms to meet the varying needs of patients.
Education Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by a recognized body.
Certifications:
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for, or currently possess, an active medical license in Pennsylvania.
Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Skills and Experience:
