Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive and ongoing healthcare for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
Manage chronic health issues, preventive strategies, acute diseases, and mental health needs with utmost compassion.
Conduct detailed physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment approaches.
Collaborate closely with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and various healthcare providers to ensure round-the-clock holistic support.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain accurate and current patient information.
Provide both in-person and telehealth services to meet patient needs and preferences.
Education Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine recognized by the accreditation board.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Possession of or eligibility for an active Washington medical license.
BLS and ACLS credentials preferred.
Skills and Experience
Robust diagnostic and clinical abilities emphasizing preventive and proactive healthcare.

Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in EMRs and experience with telemedicine technologies.
