Job description
Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. (CHC) seeks a highly qualified Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare within the Medical Administration department.
You will report to the Chief Medical Officer, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in care coordination with the care team to meet patient goals. Responsibilities include performing exams, ordering tests, vaccines, and managing patient care plans, with on-call duties as needed.
