Job description
Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a 0.9 FTE, full-time role located at 1941 Rohlwing Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. The practice offers integrated care with Epic EMR and emphasizes inclusive, patient-centered care across our network.
The ideal candidate holds MD or DO with Illinois license, is board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, and has current CPR or ACLS/ATLS/PALS certification.
