Job description
Independently owned specialty and emergency hospital in Southern California is looking to welcome a Board-Certified Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist or residency-trained clinician to its team.
This practice is intentionally structured to support advanced medicine, provide true clinical independence, and foster a professional, team-oriented environment. With a well-established referral network and steady case volume, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a wide spectrum of complex internal medicine cases with the resources and support to do your best work.

Position Responsibilities
Oversee and treat complex canine and feline internal medicine cases
Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including ultrasound and endoscopy
Create and manage treatment plans for both hospitalized and outpatient cases
Maintain clear communication with pet owners and referring veterinarians
Partner closely with ER doctors and the broader clinical team
Qualifications
DACVIM (SAIM) preferred or residency-trained
Eligible for veterinary licensure in California
Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic ability, and interpersonal communication skills
