Compensation:
$19.00–$23.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading boat manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high quality components while working in a fast-paced production environment that values teamwork, integrity, and growth. If you enjoy using hand tools, staying active throughout your shift, and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you! What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician: Assemble vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components
Prepare materials and build-up parts according to specifications
Perform inspections and quality checks throughout production
Operate power tools, hoists, and various production equipment
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Technician Role: Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure
Must have experience using power and hand tools
Must be able to follow written blueprint instructions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be able to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead
Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
6+ months of experience within past year preferred
Must have history of good attendance #BigLakeJobs
