Job description
Body Shop Estimator
We are looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our collision center team. The Estimator plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring accurate repair planning and communication. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in collision repair, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers
Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy
Monitor repair progress and update customers regularly
Maintain detailed documentation and repair records
Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
Qualifications
Previous body shop estimating experience preferred
Knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
