nEstimator Responsibilities:
nnnIdentify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
n
nnEstimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
n
nnServe as the communication between the customer and the technician.
n
nnAnswer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
n
nnWrite accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP
n
nnWrite accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex
n
n nQualifications:
nnnExcellent communication & time management skills.
n
nnTyping & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
n
nnMathematics to calculate service costs and count change.
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
n
n nTotal Rewards
nPotential annual earnings: $48,000-$90,000
nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
