Job description
Car Painter Opportunity At Germain Collision Center
Got an eye for color and a hand steady enough to make a scratched-up bumper look factory-fresh? Germain Collision Center is looking for a skilled Car Painter who takes real pride in turning damaged vehicles into showroom-quality finishes. If you love the craft — matching that perfect shade, laying down a flawless coat, stepping back and knowing you nailed it — we want you on our team.
At Germain, painting isn't just a job function, it's a craft we respect. You'll work with modern equipment in a shop that values precision, teamwork, and doing things the right way — not the fast, sloppy way. We invest in our people because we know the quality of our work starts with the quality of our team.
What You'll Do
Prep vehicles for paint — sanding, masking, and priming surfaces to get every panel ready for a perfect finish
Mix and match paint colors with precision to get an exact, seamless match every time
Apply paint using spray and hand techniques, adjusting your approach to fit the job
Inspect your own work (and hold yourself to a high bar) to make sure every finish is flawless before it leaves your station
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and running efficiently
Follow all safety protocols and regulations — no shortcuts
Why Germain?

If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that values craftsmanship as much as you do, we'd love to hear from you.
