nReady to join the automotive industry in a fast-paced position as the face of the company? Billion Automotive, a fast-growing automotive dealership is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist to join the team in our collision center in Sioux Falls.
nWe are seeking someone with a proven, successful work history including customer service/reception.
nPay depends on experience.
nCustomer Service Specialist Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
nnnGreet customers and determine nature of their visit
n
nnAnswer incoming calls
n
nnType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
n
nnGenerate repair orders and audit for accuracy
n
nnAccepting payment from guests
n
nnUpdating customers on progress of their vehicle
n
nnOther duties as assigned
n

nQualifications
nnnUnderstanding of accounting functions (experience strongly preferred)
n
nnMulti-line phone experience and ability to multi-task
n
nnValid driver’s license/acceptable driving record
n
nnExcellent attendance record
n
nnMust successfully complete pre-employment criminal background and motor vehicle record check
n
nn3-5 years customer service experience
