Apprentice Auto Body Technician
Jerry Seiner Collision Center

Jerry Seiner Collision Center is looking for an Apprentice Auto Body Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some hands-on experience in auto body or collision repair and is ready to take the next step in developing their skills.
You'll work alongside experienced technicians in a professional, well-equipped collision center while gaining valuable experience in repairing damaged vehicles and learning proper factory and dealership repair procedures.
What You'll Do
nnAssist experienced Auto Body Technicians with collision repairs
nLearn and perform basic repairs and replacement of damaged body panels and components
nAssist with vehicle tear-downs and reassembly
nLearn proper repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
nUse hand, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools safely and properly
nAssist with welding, cutting, sanding, and other repair processes as trained
nHelp prepare vehicles for the next stage of the repair process
nKeep your work area clean, organized, and safe
nWork efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
nCommunicate with technicians and Estimators regarding repair needs
nFollow all dealership, factory, and safety procedures
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnSome previous experience in auto body, collision repair, or automotive repair
nBasic understanding of vehicle body repair and shop safety
nComfortable using basic hand and power tools
nWillingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
nStrong attention to detail and pride in your work
nDependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
nValid driver's license and acceptable driving record
nAbility to pass required background and drug screening
n Automotive school or collision repair training is a plus, but not required.
