n nResponsibilities
nnUnderstand, keep up-to-date with and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect Body Shop operations such as hazardous waste disposal. Right-to-Know and environmental updates
nWrite and manage all estimates in the body shop from beginning to end
nEstablish and maintain good working relationships with several insurance adjusters
nPresent self as a role model by demonstrating leadership and commitment to the customer, dealership, and manufacturer
nTake the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
nPerform multiple tasks simultaneously
nPrioritize work to ensure that deadlines are met
