Boiler Installer - Sila Services – Stoneham, MAKnow boilers? We want to talk to you.Sila Services in Stoneham is looking for an experienced Boiler Installer to join our team. If you know your way around residential heating systems, take pride in clean, quality installs, and want to work for a company that will invest in you, this could be a great fit.We're looking for someone who can confidently install and replace residential boilers and related heating equipment while providing great experiences for our customers.What You'll DoInstall and replace residential gas and oil boilersInstall high-efficiency and conventional boiler systemsComplete boiler changeouts and system upgradesWork with hydronic heating systems, pumps, piping, controls and related componentsInstall and connect heating equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codesPerform start-ups and make sure systems are operating properly before leaving the homeTroubleshoot installation issues when neededExplain the new system and its operation to homeownersComplete paperwork and job documentation accuratelyKeep your work area and company vehicle organizedWork closely with our install and service teams to make sure every job is completed the right wayWhat We're Looking For3+ years of residential HVAC/heating installation experience preferredStrong boiler installation experience is requiredExperience with gas and/or oil-fired boilersComfortable with hydronic piping and heating systemsAbility to read installation manuals, diagrams and specificationsStrong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsEPA 608 certification preferredMassachusetts licenses/certifications applicable to the work are a plusValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordComfortable working directly with homeownersDependable, organized and able to work independentlySomeone who takes pride in their work and wants to continue learningWhy Sila?Medical, dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offOpportunities for growth and developmentA supportive team and a growing company where you can make an impactWe want our technicians and installers to build careers here, not just have another job.
