Boiler Operator (Maine HP Licensed)Are you a safety-minded operator who loves solving problems and keeping heavy machinery running smoothly? Join our team as a Boiler Operator and play a vital role in powering our 24/7 production facility. In this role, you will not just watch gauges—you will actively own the performance of our biomass and oil-fired systems, turbine generators, and dry kilns. If you want a stable, team-focused career where your technical skills truly matter, we want to talk to you.What You Will Do Every DayDrive Efficiency: Monitor and control our biomass and oil-fired boilers alongside our turbine generator to ensure safe, peak performance.Solve Technical Puzzles: Troubleshoot operational issues and perform routine minor repairs to keep equipment up and running.Manage Kiln Operations: Oversee the daily function and maintenance of our dry kilns.Collaborate Daily: Work closely with a dedicated production team to hit safety and operational goals.What You Bring to the TeamThe Right License: A current Maine High Pressure (HP) Boiler License is strictly required.Solid Background: Between 1 and 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar industrial setting.Smart Education: A Trade Certification or an Associate degree.Flexibility: Readiness to work shift schedules within our 24/7 manufacturing operation.Team Mindset: The ability to stay calm, focused, and cooperative in a fast-moving environment.
