Job description
JCPenney in Destin, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead store strategy, engage the team, manage merchandise and operations, and drive sales growth.
You will coach associates, analyze performance, and implement initiatives to meet standards across service, productivity, and attendance. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least 5 years in retail leadership. Eligible for Management Incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.
