Job description
Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a high-performing team for Nautica at a busy location. You will drive store operations, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The role reports to the District Manager and requires energetic leadership, talent development, and a focus on optimizing sales while managing expenses to meet profitability goals. A Management Incentive Plan bonus is available.
