Job Description Job Description About the Role: Spaulding MFG Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our manufacturing team in Saginaw, MI! Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reporting
Generate financial reports and summaries for management review
Track and record manufacturing costs, inventory, and job costing data
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Sage 50 or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
