United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Bookkeeper for an opportunity in St. Albans, WV. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to provide excellent customer service while handling a variety of bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities.
Schedule & Pay
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
$16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
Process and record payments
Prepare and mail payments, invoices, statements, and other correspondence
Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Assist with data entry and document processing
Perform filing, scanning, mailing, and other clerical functions
Provide general administrative support to the office
Complete additional administrative and bookkeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or similar office experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional phone and customer-service skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize daily tasks
Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
